I mean, you may have the worst players, you can still be champion if they 'have it', as I like to call it. Or they 'are good in the game, not outsides'.
I personally think professionality is junk.

Me myself, I have one that should be able to reach the requirements just before the end of his bloom. He has 19850 ASI and is 18y 4m, with 3000ASI per time extra :)

I can't agree. Professionalism is the main point which makes a player perform good in every match. The higher, the more good performances in an row without bad performances and with high routine of course, it's a very dangerous player. But the player needs skills, they can't play too well with bad skills.
Yes, that's me. Well, if he gets more than 40000 ASI, he will be in that list. And remember, that when the ASI improves, the player also get much more at each time.

Oh, so you play Sokker too. And yeah, you have a very good team, it's one of better ones in the game.
I noticed that. My team name there is Kwasten. Player is Stijn Pierre as you may know allready :p. He had below 4 on both main skills (tech and crossing) when promoted. Luckily, he had talent. Well, a bit of, because 45 TI is not the highest in Belgium. That price goes to the remarkable Kins.
Lol. You were actually the person that posted in my thread today. Hehe, funny. But well, 45 in TI is not bad. My best blooming player, Guenther Neuner, has 27,2 as highest, and it's quite disappointing compared to all the big youngsters out there.
I also have this DMR who was rated as 19*, it's Ari Lueger. Hi highest TI was 20,3 when he bloomed, very disappointing again.
My best youth player is actually one who has not started blooming yet. Pauli Schwab has an TI of 11,1 and he is rated as an 18* and 19* by the scout. He has not bloomed yet, thank god! Hopefully he will be my first youth star, as Austria don't really have one.
