Yeah, I know. He is also on the list, eventhough I like this guy:

Nicholas Mildmay

According to the statistics, he has 6 trainings left of his bloom. Which should could get him past Lucas Dalgaard from Denmark and the Canadian Ian Leduc.
He will become the biggest talent soon in Trophy Manager and it's sick that he is so good.

It's over 60.
2008-01-04 13:10:04
Mm, I believe my youth does better than yours :p

My 19* Hieronymus Van Boxlaer got 20,4 TI as well btw.
I have had 30 TI for my Hans Lambert (20*), and 25 for my Hans Hembrechts (19,5*).
Rudy De Wulf just started blooming, has 28 TI (14*). Pity he's almost 19 and worth nothing.
Bram Hayen gets 26,7 and has 3 weeks blooming left. My scout only thinks he has 14* :p.
Cristophe Thijs (20*) stopped blooming at 19, got 26,6 TI before.
Pascal Georges (19*) got 25,7 last time he bloomed.
Four other players went above 20 (17,16,16,15 according to scout)

Then Kins will maybe be a star in the future. Lucas Dalgaard had over 60 when he blommed, so there is a chance that he will reach a high ASI.

But how long does he have of his bloom left?
2008-01-04 14:41:44
Lol, surely it does. I have never had any luck with youths. My best pull ever was this guy actually, Charles Rodier. He was rated as 18* twice and 19* twice. His highest TI was "only" 22,4. So well, yes. You YA is surely better than mine. But you also have level 9. I have had level 6 for now 6 weeks or so :)

1,5 seasons according to Maldegem. And I don't think he lies much.

most of my youths are from the old system, when I had lower level.
2008-01-04 22:13:21
If he started his bloom when he was either 18, it should be true. I think that he is blooming for 3 seasons then, so that can fit. But he will be a very good player, if his TI is 60 and and he still has 1,5 seasons left of the bloom.

And I don't think that Maldegem would lie, he is an respective manager and your national team coach, and is doing a good job, even if he loses against Austria in on second Saturday for now on ;)
2008-01-04 22:13:53
Yeah, you can see that on the ID. But they are still good even if they are from the old.
2008-01-05 10:14:37
he won't lose, he's the best Belgian tactician around AND we ha have a better team :)
2008-01-05 14:44:19
Do you guys use some kind of program to keep track of your players progress? I can see some graph indicating TI increase for a player but not for individual skill pops.
2008-01-05 17:07:14
Lol, he is playing the same team in every match with Belgium. I as an Austrian NT coach, just don't have the players to win against a side like Belgium, when most of their players are twice as good as my players, plus you have talents in your NT squad, Austria don't, a not to big diffence, but imporant future thing. And most of the starters are also players with high routine, compared to that only the half of Austria's squad has high routine.

I don't use any for that. But I think that the tool of RUS from Belgium should do the trick. I haven't used it, but have heard that it has this function.

TM Manager Tool by RUS Cheratte

He does play same tac indeed. Wouldn't be surprised if he will keep on using it until certain qualification. After that, he will switch I guess. I know he's a good tactician because he was our first NT-coach too. At that time, we were not that good, and he changed tacs all the time, winning with them.

Yep, again a Belgian doing the job :p. RUS is a good mathimician I guess
