Yep, that what makes Belgien an easy opponent against teams who know how to counter the 4-2-3-1. I never had success with that, so I just tried with an tactic that maybe could counter it, but what did it cause? Just made the result look like shit, okay 2-1 is nothing to lose, but in TM, it's just lucky not to lose more, but the NT goalkeeper Erich Hanl played a good game. But today, I could not see that Belgium played well. 4-0 away against Iceland, ups...

But that he uses the almost excact same team and line-up in four matches in an row, then you must expect that you will get in trouble somehow when a team finds out about that and tries to counter it. I somehow think that he will use it again against Austria, as Belgium has played very well with this formation and that you say that he will maybe use it in the whole qualification.

But if you should send him an mail, tell him to not change tactics, I would could pick more on that. I would have said that too you if I wanted to pursue you. And if you think that about me, you said about me, I would have told you whole my line-up for the match already, then I could counter the formation he would play (or I guess he would play).

Lost today with keeper of other team motm :(. Could have gotten second when I had won. Damn 2 points to get somewhere ^^

It's the typical thing I personally hate, when the keeper has a bad day, the goals just flies past him and when he plays well, he is almost unbeatable. Even I won my last match with 0-4, it was because that the goalkeeper had an day off compared to that you mostly get an goal with each 5 shot you have.
Updating that RUS program didn't go really well, I don't think it's very good anyway. Isn't there a much simpler program that just download your players skill each week and shows which ones went up/down and by how much. Like the earlier apollo versions did.
Yeah, could be. Some of the keepers in the Austria 1st division are strong! But some of them are not, even though the keeper I played against, he had plenty of talent. Good primary skills and he is former reserve keeper for the national team of Austria
You can see that by dark green and light green arrows, enough for me.

Although the ME still keep unexpliccable to me. Won 0-1 today with a goal like this: keeper with 5 on both throwing and kicking gives the ball to player with 5 on heading. He scores.
