I don't like him as a coach, but we can't blame him for the poor performances of Argentina. I see the same team, in tactics, names and team spirit.

Maybe we can blame him for not changing anything, but with Basile we were playing as awful as we are playing right now.

Why is Higuain not being called up to the National team?

No, for several reasons:
*Maradona says that there are several other strikers before him (which I kind of agree)
*Also he didn't participate in a U20 NT team (it was that or the team that went to the Olympics, I can't remember), and for Maradona, any player should be willing to play in the NT any game (which I agree). So Diego doesn't want a player that wouldn't kill for playing in the NT.
*Also some people says that he has troubles with other teammates (In particular Gago). Some people say that when Gago was abroad, Higuain asked her girlfriend out and Gago noticed and got pissed off, and now Gago (one of the players that Maradona likes the most) is telling Diego to not call him. But this is just rumors.

Anyway, probably is something not related to soccer, because he should have the opportunity to be in the NT (although I agree he should be maybe the 5th striker of Argentina, with luck)

Why only 5th striker.....He scored more goals than Aguerro or Tevez......He should be at least called up

That is why i say that has to be something unrelated to soccer. Anyways, he IS WORSE than Tevez, he is WORSE than Aguero, and obvciously MUCH worse than Messi.

Also i think he is worse than Lavezzi, but we can argue that. Also you have Milito and Bergessio,

So my ranking is Messi, Tevez, Aguero, Lavezzi, and after those 4 you have Milito and Higuain

imho the best teams in Europe are England, Netherlands, Spain. Estonia is a rather weak.

It was a good match between Denmark and Chile. The Danish press was surprised with the class of the Chilean team. It was a nice way for us to prepare against Portugal as they seem to play a bit similar to Chile. Why were there so many Chilean supporters in the stadium - do they live in Europe or travel with the team from South America?!
