Hahahah yea, it really reminds me to this 1, in 1999, after scoring against Uruguay in Copa America, a cross came he jumped and received an elbowing(or a header, I don' really remind) to the eye, the ball went to Riqueme, that dribbled a player and pass to Palermo taht, with his eye all blackened and almost closed, scored with a high shot:
