The worst manager ever... Maradona.. He shouldn't have been hired as NT coach. That was a mistake and I guess they will fire him after Uruguay match.

Hmm... well I have not seen this match you argue about. But it is always a problem, if a referee is able to make decisions that do directly influence the outcome of the game. I would have nothing against video-proof (so like icehockey after goal, referees can watch and decide if it was offside or not, then can watch after a foul if it was penalty or not, etc. I still don't get why some people think it is "part of the fun" that some referees make wrong decisions. I think it is just unfair and does open doors for corruption.
You are right, Maradona surely was a bad choice, but that does not mean that the team will not make it. The coach is only one part of the puzzle :)

I believe that what happen with Peru and Argentina was the same that happen with Ecuador and Uruguay. Both (Argentina an Ecuador) won the matches before playing.
