Nr. 17 was off-side. He didn't really touch the ball, but you can argue that it should have been called anyway. The reff can stick to the "didn't touch it part", Ireland can stick to "he participated in the play anyway", etc.

But it was offside from Scilacci, he did't touch the ball, but it was in the way the ball way heading to. Plus then Henry touched the ball 2 times with his hand, and then, I don't know if Gallas doesn't touched it again with his hand. :P
