To me it looks like all the croatians are underestimating England... I've seen dozens of you say something like "England! We will beat you again, no problem"... Although all the english guys have said that it'll be difficult with Croatia in the group again...

So yeah. In my oppinion the croatians are the one who are underestimating England... Your sentence "we are coming for more" just proves it.

ok, tell me how do you explains this:
David Beckham and some other players from the team said that England is better team cuz Croatian players are not in the same ring with them! what did England suporters said on the question when some Croatian reporter asked them on euro 2004 what they think about us?? they said "Croatians are garbage" O_o
What did whole team said when they got Croatia again now for qualification? they said that they will win both games, and that they ARE BETTER TEAM!!

and, when I read Croatian forums, many many ppl said that they will like england to go on the euro 2008, and I personaly love englang and how they play. but, the fact is that they lost twice against us...

Yeah, I know that they lost. And I don't care what Beckham said. The fact is that you're blaming english people because you say that their underestimating you. Well, now you're doing exactly the same thing. Just because you won England doesn't mean that it's going to be a walk in the park in WC Qualifying. I've always thought that Croatia is one of the strongest football nations in Europe. And I guess that every person who knows a bit about football, knows also what Croatia aren't weaker than England (come on, Croatia won the bronze medal in 98 WC).

But do you really think that you should believe what some England fans say? Ofcourse they root for their team and ofcourse they say that the opponent is weak. It's natural. But they don't really mean it seriously.

I'm an England fan and I'll always be one. That doesn't mean that I think England is unbeatable or smth. And no fan should think something like that. So when you're blaming the english people for underestimating your country, look at what you're doing yourselves. Right after the draw was ended numerous croatians came here and started shouting "haahaa, England is going to lose". Now you tell me, is that underestimating or not...

that didn't just Beckham said, other players too, like Gerrard and Lampard, and they are players who i Llike the most! specialy Gerrard!

And I'm not talking about fans who underestimate other team, cuz that's normal in the extazy during the match... I'm talking about players strictly! they shouldn't do that! no one! Players shouldn't underestimate other team, not IN PUBLIC SO EVERYBODY CAN HEAR THEM

Hmm I like Croatia but objectively, your result was surprise. Its like Czech results. Germany, Ireland, Slovakia...all are at least same as we...and best is that our coach, who is main reason why we will be on euro, is hated by many supporters.

It seems that Croatians care more about the England team that English.

That game was last week. We've moved on, there's Champions league to talk about now.

like others said, it doesn't matter what fans say. they are not on the pitch, every croatian player is full respect toward england, our manager especially, while english players say that none of CRO players cannot play in england squad (and that england was beaten in both games, not only this on wembley, in first game they didn't create any chance, and in second judge gave them penalty and croatia was still better team)

main english problem is arogance toward all other nations, if they enter with that attitude in next games, they ll lose again, not only from croatia, but from ukraine and belarus also
