R Keane is a cheater he used hand and equalized against Georgia. With this point, Irlande had match against France, but Georgia is robbed in this affair.

elbow is like arm and hand the fault is the same. When we say hand, it include arm and elbow.

Its a hand ball if the player deliberately moves his hand towards to ball to seek an advantage.

we see clearly the arm / elbow, then the hand fault. The advantage is evident equalization.
