it was quite sad how this episode left me mostly "cold". Come on, we want to see epic episodes now :P
Only 3 episodes left, I suppose that smoke will die at the end and main persons ( Jack, Hurley, Kate, Sawyer) can really go home.
I don't know. What would Jack go home to then? ;) I guess there will be more killing and some will stay on the island. Don't know if any of those have something to go back to..
Why the hell they should stay ? What are Jack doing there alone ? Happy end would be destroying smoke and going home...
I am just saying. Jack was the one that was very very unhappy back home. If he will not be the new jacob, then I guess they would let him die or would have to give him a new purpose, like getting Kate (what would be quite stupid imho). It is also hard to imagine Sawyer or Hurley living a normal life after they both lost their loved ones. Desmond on the other hand really has something to return to. And Kate... I don't know if she would go back for Aaron. Maybe she would.

I'd be quite disappointed if we'll see the whole story is about something like "black smoke = evil, jacob = good".
I've just looked at 3 trailers and I'm pretty sure it won't be like that. I'm guessing that this game has been played before
About Last episode, if Jack would've stayed by the C4 bomb, nothing would've happened, cause he can't die(he proved that at Black Rock with the dinamite), so he should have grabbed/held/taken the bomb, instead of Sayid. :S

Actually if he'd taken the bomb after Sawyer pulled the wires out, it would have depended on where Sawyer was. It wouldn't have exploded for as long as Sawyer was near it. So Sawyer screwed everyone twice.

Hmmm I guess many questions that were raised now will not be explained, but I am happy with the (important) answers that we got. The "flashback" to the Losties with adam and eve would not have been necessary. Was easy enough to understand.
That flashback confused the hell out of me as it's been AGES since I saw the first episodes. Was that taken from an earlier episode?
