A total and utter crock of rubbish. If you take out the 5 seasons in between series 1 and the very last episode it makes perfect sense. There was a plane crash - they go to heaven - YAWN!

I think you used the wrong video to support your argument. The guy in the video actually liked the whole story, and recommends you to watch the show in its entirety. Nice summary for the season 6 storyline though, but not for the whole series. Seeing the characters develop along the way (and learning their backstory) is far more significant, than just the plot of season 6.
Nice summary of one interpretation, although I guess there are about a dozen things in it that can be understood differently or that do make no sense. Like the light for him is "source of good", so why do the characters still act good after the light is out? ;)
