NEW LOST SEASON INCOMING FEBRUARY!!!!!!!!!!

are there any other hardcore last fanboys like me who plan to watch some previous episodes/seasons before new episodes come, just to get on the whole lost-wave again??? I sure plan to, my last exam is on week after the next one, after I wrote that, I will do lost marathon with some friends :))))).

I also did plan to, but then I did look how long that would take to watch all that seasons again and the idea sort of died on me :D Also then you of course see all the inconsistencies you did forget about ;)
But maybe I still will, I am not sure.

well, not gonna watch all seasons, of course. Season 1, nope, probably skip most of the episodes. Just select randomly and watch :D

lost for background, probably beer drinking will dominate that evening, but meh :D

i think best character is benjamin linus, he is very intelligent man!

There will probably be a recap episode before the 1st new episode. Watching that is enough for me to get me going again :-)

didnt realise new season was starting so soon!

Watch the last episode of season 5 and you still won't be able to tell if she is dead or not :-) It's LOST after all, anything is possible!

I have 1 huge inconcistence, to me Locke's father(the conman) isn't his real father. Cause in 1 episode of season 3, I think, we could see Locke's mother, a teenager(around 17 years old), being scold by Locke's grandmother for going out with an older man(She tells her to stop messing around with some1 that doubles her in age, so Locke father had to have around 34 years old, at least, when Locke was conceived), then Locke was born in June of 1956, lets say he was conceived in 1955, by a man of around 34 years old, but when we knew his father in 2004, he was around 60 years old, maybe a couple more years old, but not much. If his father was 34 years old in 1955, then in 2004 he should have 83 years old. :S

watching abc last promos.that was great.LOST Forever ...

I've been watching all the previous seasons over the last month, I finished Season 3 last night after a 6 hour session.
I don't know where to start with Season 6. After the way 5 ended, no-one knows where 6 is going other than the 2 sides (black and white) have now been shown. After watching the previous seasons, some things have become clear.

Smokey is the man in black

The man in black is the guy impersonating Jacks dad, is responsible for dreams and visions and can take the form of anyone dead.

Jacob has been expecting the islanders for a long time.

I've also got a theory about the history between MIB and Jacob. Going back to Season 3, the cabin (where Ben takes Locke to meet Jacob) actually belongs to the MIB. That cabin is also surrounded by a ring of ash, which in many cultures is a way to trap or keep out spirits but, as said in Season 5, someone broke the ring. I think before that, MIB could only get out in his smoke form. Lastly, the reason MIB is smokey is because Jacob most likely set fire to him (explaining that kick at the end of 5).

To me smokey is the guy sitting with Jacob at the beahc when the Black Pearl arrives to the island, and yes he have taken many forms during the series, and also he was trapped by the ashes, but that isn't anything new. :P

I doubt we'll see him again for a long time as he's now turned into Locke. Which is a shame because I like both of them.
I wonder if we'll see a White Smokey Jacob now he's crispy.
