By the way the oldest country is Spain and then America and a few month later: Global, all other countries were created more or less at the same time (the most of them in the same saison) So we have also the same problem in all other countries :-)

I bet we have an even bigger problem in the Netherlands, people aren't very willing to post in the Dutch forum, so it's hard to ask for their youth players, which is easy at the Belgium forum. I give them tips and so on. :)
And people are very chatty in Belgium. :)

U-18 Only players in the Youth Squad (5 ea) can be selected for the U-18 Nationalteam, if you pull a player in your A-Team, he would be not able to play for the U-18.
YES, for Under-18 is needed they are juniors no only young.

so the U18 national team is a team consisting of only players in the youth schools,who haven't played before, this sounds weird ...
It's very interesting for the teams with money, they can see very easy what the best juniors are. I doubt whether this is good for the market.
