Not really, polish U18 is pretty weak. Don't you have any manager caring about their youth?

Poland is one of the youngest countrys, what do you expect from them? Its U18, there players can train only once a week, even if you have best coach it this short amount of time dont expect great players... Most players still are 16 or even 15 years old.
In future i would be happy to manage such NT, Poland and Romania soon will show great results.
