:D You think we can do the same in half a season that you do in a season or more? :D Come on now. It's pretty ridicilous to say that no one cares our and Poland's U18 players. They have been there only few weeks! I have a passable coach but still I don't have yet even any high passable skills in my youth and only one passable.
Sorry, but it's poland's second season :P
And that's quite enough time to train such players...

Yea, second season, but they started same time as we after the half way of the first season. So no more than 10 league games and that isn't yet even a season length. You cannot in any way compete with other countries who have been there longer. It takes at least season, propably 2 or 3.
???
I started a week before the first swiss season in Switzerland, so you think no polish manager started with the first polish season?

...
Do you need more? *extremly ironical*
What do you mean? I don't think that only 3 manager own all the swiss NT-players, so plz stop telling nonsense...

But that has nothing to do with the success with the U18... Admitted, the ABS is good thanks to some of the teams that moved from Global Pro. But U18 has nothing to do with it, as there are only new players from youth there.
Don't you have any manager caring about their youth?
I was just answering this. I don't know how many Polish people were there before they founded Poland, but I'm comparing Finland and Poland because they were founded same time. We have only 2 users who was there before Finnish leagues. I myself sacked all my youths which came with from Global Pro as I noticed that I get by far better youths when I moved in Finland. And they are weak too when comparing to other countries. My point was that at least in Finland there's no youth that has been trained over 10+2 weeks so we are as weak/strong as Poland. So it isn't about caring, it's about existence and weeks.
You got some good points, but it doesn't change the fact above. Anyway we have some promising youngsters and good coaches so we will challenge also Switzerland after season or two. ;)
The game itself is promising too. The staff listens and the game evolves. Only thing is that English is quite terrible there but we have somehow managed to translate almost all already. :) (Sometimes had to use translator directly from Spanish to Finnish.)

2, but they haven't been playing pro since few months. In national teams plays only one of their players (U18 goalkeeper)

Polska has been added for 2 users? I can't believe that... That's a bit low...

Probably not now. He's got no correct secondary skill, and the primary skill alone isn't high enough to be interesting for the coach now.
But I believe his chances are good, if you train him twice a week (Def and a sec skill like passing or position).
You should contact the U21 coach for better info.
