could anybody give me some advice what to do next with this fellow?

a)winger to 20?
b)creativity to 20?
c)passing to 30?
d)winger to 15, creativity to 15 and passing to 15?

start with positioning!

that would be boooring.. but maybe I should do that indeed..

it's quite important to have positioning but then you'd probably need a new trainer?

then sell lembach and you have enough but then you won't have anyone to train xD

In PRO doesnt matter so much second skills, maybe 15-25 %

Im pretty sure about that beacuse i made this exerpiment with my team. Another thing is that goalkepeer skill doesen't matter in a match.

Influence of secondaries skills changes depending on the position of the player. For example, in Defensive Wingbacks, Defence skill (secondary) is almost as important as Winger.

We, romanians, are curios and we made some experiments :)
This with GK was one of them and i tell you that GK skill doesnt matter

gk skill is important ,but all this we can talk it in the right place and forum ,not here ;)
