can anyone tell me how i can promote new junior coaches,
it seems i only have 3 juniors coaches want to have 5 i do know how to find first team coaches, but i need juniors,

3 junior coaches? O_O
Isn't enough with 1? :S

I have 3 coaches too:

A high passable for 1 player
A passable for 1 player
A high beginner for 5 players.

I will change the 2 lasts for 1 passable for 4 players when I get 950.000 € :p

i have high passable 4 players and high beginner 5 players

how good are they??

they have 15 years, that's good

Train them until they have defender and kick high passable minimal.... then, train them secondary abilities: position to the defender, unmark to the scorer :p

Have you paid 1.600.000€ for a junior coach? O_O..

i'd be more interested in how to get those mio euros ... i've got a plus of 17k per week and still need a passable headcoach :-/

i get like +150k if i play home,
and +20-30k if i play away....

i do - i'm leader in my league. weekly cash is here almost the same but i mostly play away - last was away, next 4 are 3 away and 1 home. last week i've got a passable doctor and physiotherapeutist (14k/week each)

i only have my trainers anbd thats is...........

I have a High passable of 1 place to train the best junior I have each season, then, the others are trained by the High Beginner that is given with the team.

This week i've got less money from sponsors than before, although i won 2:0 and still 1st in my league. There must be something wrong, i wrote a ticket to the administration :-/
