I have some questions.

- How can I see that a player has improved in a certain skill? If it's possible, where? If not, should I keep track of my players myself?

- Is there a list saying what all the sublevels are? ( their number and name)

- Could someone please give me a helping hand as to the first major decisions? I don't wanna ruin my bright feature in profurgol in the first days :D

- Could someone please explain the defence and attack combo, I only understood it half.

- Neither do I understand this text: Once you have your 5 juniors and the coach/coaches you have to configurate and establish a weekly training. This is realized once a week and it follows the same pattern of the first team one but for a difference: the juniors have an % extra that is added to them in each training due to their belonging to your pool. This extra is left when they promote to the first team, so all the players who are in the pool will promote their qualities faster if we compare them with an equal first team player. This is a very important factor you must take into account when thinking about the strategy you are going to follow each pre-season with your juniors.

- The qualities of the juniors when you get them in the youth school is based on the trainer's quality, isn't it?

Do these players have a good potential? ( In other words, are they good as to quality, or very bad? Please indicate per player)

- Training -> scroll down -> click on "Week X" and you see the progress
- Sublevels aren't given, but you can see in Training -> number of Trainings, how many trainings the player received in a certain skill. For new players you cannot see them.
- first you could arrange a friendly, this works similar to sokker - go to the interantional forum to "home-amistosos-friendlies", choose the first topic and then go to the user's team page who is searching for a friendly -> at the right bottom you can invite him to a friendly. They usually take place on wednesday afternoon
- attack/denfense combo: the youth trainer can train the player in both skills an attacker or defender needs, but this takes more time than only the main skill, but he has got also the b-skill then
- youth players: you have got only the 5 youths you can see at the beginning, you can't exchange them before one full season is over. First you set their training, usually the main skill the player has "high beginner" (if more a-skills are high beginner you can choose, also take a look if a b-skill high-beginner will fit to this).
These players will be ready to play after at least one season. The strategy meant here is, not to have too many other players for the same position when they're finished school.
- For the beginning, your team should have at least passable a-skillers for each position. If not, you should buy some. Please note that only 10 foreigners are allowed! Before you should read about players, skills and so on, help is always on top of the page where it is needed, so you can't get confused much.
- if you are in a league with semi-bots or other beginners, 3-4-3 and "attack central" is always a good choice ^^

No I dont have much passable players ( only 1 or 2 ) but wouldn't I ruin my budget if I'd go on the transfermarket?

btw: nobody has invited me for a friendly yet, and I dont understand spanish so I dont kno who looks for one or who does not :(

edit: I cant find those tactics you mentioned, I can make tactics though.

You get money from sponsors each monday, usually more than you need, and passable players usually cost around 30k. But you shouldn't get below 0. You can make settings for each match, go to the match list and your next matches, to the right there is a button to change the arrangement. Then a new page opens with a soccer field on the right side and palyers on the left side and some scroll menus on top and bottom. These are for change your tactics for this match. Top left are the formation settings, usually set to 1-4-4-2.
Choose personal 1 (without name) and then another window opens with a more detailed soccer field.
Here you can mark 11 players within the rectangles, one per rectangle, and then the button on the bottom to save your settings. Next you're asked to enter a name and save again. This name will then appear in the scroll menu for formation settings - without VIP you can save only 2 such formations.

Do you still have any doubt?

Not much apart from that I heard that there are several Dutch teams in global pro, how do they get merged with the Dutch leagues in the future?

And will those teams have to pay money for the change?

Rofl, I won my first match with 5-0, yeah I already played a match with this team under my command, but I didn't know I had a team then :P
