Subject: Books

I've seen threads about music, about videos a.s.o, but I've never seen a thread about books, where you can post your favorite book or the book that you're reading now.
Well, this is kinda the idea of this thread.

Best book for me: The Collector by John Fowles
Reading now: Tortilla Flat by John Steinbeck

Best authors for me: John Grisham, Terry Pratchett

I usually read sports/basketball/health books - at least try to educate myself and get smarter. But lately, a few days ago I started to read Stephen King`s Misery.

At the moment i'm reading Human, All Too Human by Nietzsche. Favourite book is probably The Diary of a 12 Year Old Girl by Anne Frank. I'm aware that the two are unfairly linked.

Orwell - 1984

A Clockwork Orange. I've read it before, but it's one of the best books I've ever read.

I used to read a lot on primary school, but since I got literature lessons at the secondary school I don't read very much anymore. When I read books I almost only read books of Dutch authors.

My best book is written by Kafka : Metamorphosis... So marvelous !

Hart´s War - John Katzenbach is very good. Also the movie with Bruce Willis and Collin Farell was good.

I'm reading a book named Masters of War (I haven't had cheked it's real translated name in english) it talks about WWII, and the decisions that Churchill, Hitler, Roosevelt and Stalin took, in the mentioned war. It's cool :D

My favourite book is Salem's Lot by Stephen King. Stephen King is basically the only writer whos books I've read during last 13-14 years. Biographies are ok too.
