Saw it earlier and my first reaction was "if anyone thinks that is a breast, then that person has never seen one".

and I wasn't looking at the 'boobs', I automatically look at the face so my mistake was understandable and took about 1 sec :p

LOL, absolutely true in my case, even didn´t try to put my focus off the boobs :)
btw, this works in general.. i´ve seen a BBC documentary where they mentioned the experiment with counting number of passes in basketball by volunteers from whose just few noticed that gorilla walked between the players. In the end they showed where in the documentary spectators could see but ofc did not see gorilla mascot too - like five or even more scenes.. total "troll".. .)

I thought it was just due to arm position. It's quite difficult to get your arms to point downwards at that direction.
