Well, the Netherlands is on fire. The Willam Wallace's of the Dutch are fighting for our freedom ... by attacking police and destroying all kind of different property.
I am so glad they have learned the Dutch norms and values, like they expect from everyone who comes to this country (for help, or safety, or what other reason). The same mindless people that hate helping others are the same that are burning the Netherlands right now, litteraly right now.
But you are right, the only way to deal with this is if countries work together, and not everyone travel to other countries that are open, and to next country is needed. Schiphol was still open for flight from and to the UK, while in another part of the Netherlands a test was going on how the UK mutation was spreading ... you can't make up such idiocracy. But I think important businessman and woman needed to tracvel ... Most probably they found another open airport and travel to the Netherlands some other way, because of open borders.
it is a complete mess. And the chaos is now happening over here.
Can we please borrow some police from other countries that don't talk but act right away, and don't feel sorry at all for using all weapons they can? Here they have a stick and shield, pepperspray and most innovative weapon, painballguns with peppersprayballs, yeeeh. Oh and the good old watercanons and dogs.
Where are the rubber bullets, nets, watercanons with more then water in it, seriously painful sticks that will make those idiots remember for weeks where they are hit, tasers, etc. The good stuff!

After that day I doubt it could be worse. But I think the cheaper part is ansolutely true!
A day later not so much riots anymore. Supporters of clubs entered the streets after 21.00h to protect their cities. With supporters I mean those who are not scared to get into a fight. I normally call them hooligans, but the news was telling the people it where supporters. All in black, many hoodies, singing clubsongs, spotters on certain places inside the city, all set up in 1 day .. clearly not so well organized 'supporter' :/
We have downgraded to cowboy style law now ...
But ofcourse these supporters where walking to close to eachother without facemasks. So they say they care about the city, not so much about the inhabitants :/
In a couple of months, when supporters are welcome again in stadiums, these same 'supporters' helping the city last weekend, will smash heads of oppontens and attack police again.
