Because your parents are more reasonable than you, you must understand that in that age it's really early to travel around the world, especially if you don't have to do this. Of course it can be amazing trip but it can be also unpleasent journey, think about it :)

yeah u are right but exchanging programme's workers are not saying like that
they are talking about this like it is so normal thing
maybe they want to earn more money :D

Excatly they want to ;) But as I and you said it can be a amazing trip where you'll meet a loat of new people and make contacts around the world, but as you know there is a second side of medal, this negative. Compare positives with negatives and discuss about it with your parents. I think they'll listen to your arguments because they are reasonable :)
