Subject: II World War
Yeah, I do it all the time. When I wait for the bus, and I see someone running away from me, I shoot him too. I'm too afraid people will follow him and leave me all alone :(
It's not a good rule if everything you have is ammunition :P Russia was unable to give weapons and ammunition to all soldiers so it happened that one was getting only ammunition or only weapon - without ammunition.
And is it a good rule to kill your fellow who got depressed because of the people dying around him? I don't think so.

did you play a game called call of duty,??

is it good to flee middel in a battlefield im sure that brings the morale down,
and the soldiers are almost never that close because they know they can die anytime, so i stil believe its a good rule,
Id rather die like a man, than life like coward........ ( song )

i know there are some fine females in russia, why were you lonely?
thats what i also though before going there ;))
believe me,
believe me,
Games are nowhere like real life... In a game, when your under fire, nothing really happens.
In real life, you'll be pissing your pants, screaming for your mommy, and encounter posttraumatic stress disorder beyond every corner...
War is sweet to those who have had no experience of it... (and no, this is not a song ;) )

I did, but the part with the ammunition etc really happened :)
It's not about a guy thinking "ok, these guys can kill me. should I run or stay...hm..ok, I will run".
It's an attack, he gets totally depressed, can't fight, he only wants to get out.
Hm...is it good for soldiers if they see that their fellow kills another fellow? I doubt it.

Yeah, I bet that you know better? :

buuahahah, maybe u should that what is under the link you sent me? they say about 26 battles while you made the whole thing to one incident. aditionally . the question was only about "did poland use horsmans in 39"? well if someone asks question like that it means that person has no basic knoledge about military in ii ww. sorry but internet forum, mostly aout football, is just not a right place to gaining basic knoledge about history. i recoemend you people to read books(e.g." Europe at War 1939-1945: No Simple Victory" - quite new book by welsh guy Norman DAvis would be ok), rather then caounting on extrimly simplified, so worthless and often actually flase information, as borkos gives you.
ps:
@borkos : polskie dzieje is crap:P, better read histmag(cavalery in iiww was widely discoused there) - but generally as i said hiaotry is too complex to trust internet. at least you have to be sure that what you r reading was written by a person with degree in hisotry...

I've also read a couple of books where this matter was discussed :) and there were Polish horseman in '39 so why do you claim there weren't...??
WHAT? i said there were!
but just read what you said:
q:is it true that when germany invaded poland, poland still used horsemen?
ur answer:It's just a myth that even many Polish people believe in ;-)
of course its a bit took form the context but at least its unclear . it might be easly missleading(well not to me but i someone has no knoledge about the topic...)
so cleaqrly cannot simplify complex things that much. however idea of exchanging opinions about histry by people form diffrent countris is ofc very good and nice that u opend this topic.
