I see there a some Dutch persons here who are discusting about Russians who killed others when they fleed. Do you know also the Dutch did this in ww2? I don t know anymore what fight, but it was by a hill and the Dutch had special forces behind the lines were we had persons who had to shoot the own troops who were deserting.

it's a common thing, all deserting soldier are punished severely, in those times punished with death penalty.. so what is the difference between doing it on the battlefield or afterwards?

The question can´t be if poland used horseman these days, because all armies still used horseman these days. Technicaly german tanks were n´t even good. They mainly used Panzer I and II during the poland-campaign, which were inferior to some other european tanks of this time. What made the difference were the tactics how they got used. But that would be to much to explain. As someone said before me, that´s a forum for a football-game. Wrong place to discuss such themes in acceptable quality...

agree with that answer, anyway in wars moral is out as far as killing is not illegal but something you must do when the killed is an enemy man , probably with compulsion to going to war not volunteer
