if it shows 30 fps and lags then yeah its your computer problem.
not very smart idea to buy Celeron processors, but it should do just fine in playing sokker games.
maybe you dont have graphic card drivers or got some weird old drivers?
does it lag only in browser or in other places too?

perhaps a lot of viruses in your computer, with such
CPU power 3-4 modern viruses/trojans/worms/whatever you want to call em
would be tearing your CPU apart, leave alone that modern computers
dont get just 3-4 virus sometimes they get get double infected and even
triple infected by the same viruses.
perhaps have you tried closing EVERYTHING you can and run just
the browser of your choice and see if it works?
if this dont draws any conclusions, i would suggest trying a live
version of linux and try again with that, if it runs fine then it is a virus
if not, maybe it is something serious like a hardware issue...

imo the best way to get rid of BSOD is to reset your PC back to factory settings. That's what i did when i got the BSOD.
There are lots of possible reasons for this.
Considering that you're always playing games when it happens and assuming that those games are forcing your CPU and graphics unit to work hard for a longer period of time, I'd say it could very well be an overheating problem. If the system gets too hot, it will be shutdown automatically to prevent the destruction of core.
That could be the graphics unit or the cpu. From my experiences the cpu shutdown looks more like an instant reboot, so it's rather the graphics card. It's only a guess though.
If you don't use a laptop I'd suggest you open the case of your pc and try if that helps (better cooling). That way you can also check how much dust has settled down in there and remove it. That can help a lot!
Maybe (if you don't have it yet) install a software that displays the temperature of cpu and/or gpu (graphics processing unit).

i have AIDA 64 extreme edition..when i'm working in some programs (chrome, mozzila, word..) temperature is ok..but when i'm playing games GPU diods are about 90° C..graphic card 30-40°C..1.CPU core is around 40° and second core too..15 days ago everything was ok but..for some reason start BSOD screens and freezing and lagging....i bought computer 5 months ago:
Win7 professional
2GB RAM
Intel dual core 3,00ghz
1 GB Saphire Radeon DDR3
HDD 500GB
it is not too weak to overheat in games which needs 1GB RAM, 2GHz processor and 512GB RAM..

It might not be too weak, but the cooling might be insufficient. That's why I suggested that you check it.
I agree. Probably the cooler on either the CPU or the Graphic card doesnt work properly. When was the last time you cleaned the dust from your PC?
aaa..never :D
but i have guarantee..if i open PC, i will loose guarantee..i can just clean coller or whatever from outside with pencil :P

what means blue screen, ugly music and name "YOU HAVE BEEN HACKED ! " :-)
and there is also some % and text formating... what it is, it is like automatic defragmentation ?
