Subject: »Climate Change and Global Warming

Then you haven't done your research very well ;-)

we are entering? dude, it's not working that way...
o really?

so what are those magic mighty forces that drives planet's temperature in last few decades??
Solar variation to name one of them.

in fact this is what is going to happen: people enjoy keeping their houses very warm during the winter-time, and this is not going to be changed by any politics.

Solar variation??

lol

it seems You haven't done your research very well ;-)

but i'll help You :D total solar irradiance is with slight variation in 11 years cycles very stabile since beginings fo satelite observations:

so, are there any other magic mighty forces about which i don't know? :P

Rubinho you don't have the knowledge to say some of the things you said here... Sometimes it's just better to keep silent ;) You can't be an expert on every domain. (I am neither btw)

The global warming doesn't happen, because people heat their homes in winter... That's absolute nonsense.

And I really doubt, that our technological advance is fast enough to enable us finding a new viable planet.

I meant that it is quite difficult that people refuse to do their most common activities (which in most cases involve consuming, or wasting, a big amount of energy) because some specialists in the environment (most of them do not agree) say they will cause the future world chaos...
In my opinion, which is not only supported by me, global warming is a natural episode the Earth must pass. I dont think glaciation was caused by ancient humans...

lol just joking about leaving the planet xD
2010-08-14 13:54:59
it isn't very warm now
2010-08-14 14:03:12
If it would be warm now, would you believe in global warming?

The global annual average temperatur tells much more than the actual temperatur...

I can't realize how can someone be so sure about the global warming, while the scientists themselves aren't that sure:
Climategate: the final nail in the coffin of 'Anthropogenic Global Warming'?

Old news, 1 of the few examples that are used over and over again since that happened.

For most scientists it's not the question if climate change/global warming is happening, it is. And most of the time the debate is not if humans has any influence, but how much influence. simple example, greenhouse effect, of course you have to ask yourself then, I know the earth surface (I think) but what is the troposphere, if that heats up it can be important, simple example, the troposphere etc..

I really don't know where some of you get that knowledge from, but maybe it's a good idea to read and watch some more about this subject.

well... if our civilisation, and their side-effests, You call a "natural episode" then You're right!
1 cow has on average the same Co2-emission as a car that drives 70.000 km a year ;-)
