Subject: United States: Election Time

yes, and the non status quo is more wars etc , but wihtout (good) public hospitals
(edited)
No, the non status quo is Ron Paul. Less wars.
Less wars.

Yeh ... right :P Agressive nations will become more friendly because 1 men don't want the US to interfere anymore. These agressive nations won't make use of these less interventions .... I don't think so.

Less wars involving the US, that could be, but less wars not, and maybe or even probably more wars without interventions.

Would you mind reading what I write? Obama / Romney = status quo. The change would be when Paul would get elected and could do what he says he'd do if he got elected. Close all foreign bases of the US army. Withdraw from Iraq and Afghanistan. No military action against Iran.

Are you suggesting attacking Iraq and Afghanistan was justified?
Would you mind reading what I write?

You mean that picture? I can't find any other text you wrote about this subject.

And all other is a bit more complex to just give a simple explanation or a yes/no answer.

One of the questions you can ask yourself in this complex matter: should the world just wait and see what will happen when trained terrorists starts to attack us, if we knowing were they are trained and can be stopped before it happens?
I must be mistaken. I thought you were against the war in Iraq and Afghanistan. I thought you were a big critic of American foreign behavior. Did Obama change your mind? :p
1. When Hussain told, stop selling oil for usd and let's selling for other currency, US find nuclear weapons which never exists and start a war.
2. About 8 millions people died in Iraq but they are happy for freedom now :)
3. US make "defense rocket systems" in europe to "protect", we glory them. Russia, as I heard today, is going to make same thing in Cuba, and "world" is angry. Who of you here remember start of cold war ???
4. US libertate prosperous Lybia country with oil bussiness and gave them new freedom. After ugly war, they are starving and dying now, daily without oil. Lucky nation :)

it is half of my country.... so even if less number, they are happy now, ok ??

and 2-3 millions refugees.....
This only shows us how critical you are about your own sources (while saying people from Western Europe aren't critical about theirs).
:), I had 8 beers I just made a mistake, thx for correction, that is all :)
I was talking 2 days ago about similar theme so I just remeber bad data :)

No, I'm still the same critic, but I also do recognize the complexity of it and I absolutely don't believe in ostrich-politics, that would be really naive.

A status-quo is at the moment in certain cases the only way to prevent war, as long as no other solutions are possible. If everyone put down their weapons (all countries and terrorists) and no one wants to attack the other anymore for whatever reason, then the status-quo won't be needed anymore. But that's completely unrealistic to think that will happen in the world we live in at the moment.

Some nations don't attack the other because they know they will be attacked too. The Cold War principle (you push the button, we push the button) is also today still very effective in these certain cases. And for terrorists other solutions are needed, and if the world stop caring about them and let them do what they want, in no time planes will start falling down the sky and other terrible attacks on innocent people.

How to prevent minorities (blacks, students, elderly, etc) from voting, and how to kill a democracy, ask the Republicans and their Fox ally:

The Daily Show with Jon Stewart

That's how to do it ....
