Well, we all know Obama's talent to give speeches. Doesn't say anything about the content though.

Too bad Romney didn't chose an anti-statist as VP.

Some commentators argued that the choice for Ryan shows that Romney is more worried about his right wing than about the 'swing' electorate, the people could still vote for either Obama or Romney.

That is of course because Romney is quite centre himself (look at his work as governor). If he cannot convince the conservatives to vote for him, he can forget getting elected. However, he'll probably lose the libertarians within the republican party, but they are less numerous than the conservatives. Too bad. The difference between Romney and Obama isn't as big as Obama says it is.

But would they vote for an independent candidate if that would mean that Obama gets reelected?

why more freedom but voted against medicinal marijuana? maybe the State has the right to ban marijuana, attending to "public health"? . Thats the always-status quo, an ultra conservative choice dressed as libertarianism, anyway i like libertarianism ( except for education and health that must be public), but i feel this is not libertarian in the european way

At least for medicinal purposes it does help with and/or makes a lot of different diseases bearable (a few of these examples on Wiki - medical cannabis).

Besides, I think it's very hypocrite cannabis is prohibited by laws by the same people who do drink alcohol, and often to much alcohol. Using whatever statistics available, the outcome is always the same: alcohol is an infinitely times more lethal as cannabis.

First part of the show is really funny, Democalypse 2012 - Cockblock the vote :D Dragonbone free peanut butter :P LOL!

A part is about the Republican voter ID law, a law made by Republicans for Romney, approved by (most probably Republican) judges and a financial Romney-supporter now has to inform the people (also Democrats) about this new law, yeh that will work out great (probably only the rich white middle-age christians will get a flyer in their mailbox) .... that's Republican 'democracy' ....

Your right, I forgot to mention 2 other groups and a specific voters-area which will be informed. First group are the average and lower income but very dumb white middle-age christians who will pay for the tax cut the Republicans want to give to the rich so they have to pay only 1% taxes, and the second group are the racists, homofobics and other morally wrong. And ofcourse as much as possible only Republican areas as this voter ID law has to be an advantage for Romney and not Obama.

Btw, strange you only take out that line and not something you always write about, like government intervention and corrupcy, freedom and democracy! I wonder why ...........
