that's just unfair, i used to play there, and i went on a 3 week vacation, when i got back, i had 3 less players... great way to keep users!! :D
this new version you will be noticed many times to avoid things like that... for me that spend a lot of time there is easy... but for you i dont know... but many users offer contract when they are 2 years contract... and keep the players... you pay a lil bit more but...
Now for those who log in 1 time per week is easier cause you can make the tactics for the next 5 games... what allows to users with less time to do the tactics with no necessity to log in on the day match... yes, you can lose players easily, but you only have to go there sunday night (bosman is at tuesday and friday 10 PM TIME... 11 in central europe) and offer contract for those who have already bids... you keep the player certainly.

We've a Dane who pulled a low quality player with world class potential. He'll be pretty nice as well :)
I play this game..I sell all player who is 20-3...years old and now my team players is 17-19y old....young team iwill training young players with national teams...
I also like Pmanager very much. I think it's the game that gives more the possibility for weaker teams to beat stronger teams through tactical choices.
Here in Sokker, for example, if my team have a average rating of 35.0 is very hard to beat a team with 40.0 average rating team, even with good set up.
In PM, if you choose correctly your tactics and advanced tactics you have much more possibility to beat stronger teams.

In sokker you can beat average rating 40 teams too, but usually those teams have good tactics also ;) Thats why its harder.
But in PM there is always some possibilities of smart tactical and advanced tactical choices to surprise them, even with much stronger teams.
In Sokker you depend only on random to beat stronger teams because even with not so much quality difference such as 3 or 5 points in average rating the game is extremely hard to win.
