My favorite all the time was Zinedine Zidane, he was player with great football skills and mind. Yeah that were many players, but I should see his career during my growing up.

Todays? Hard to choose. Yours Xavi is decent option. Hes working mind of Barcelona for seasons. Barcelonas attackers and dribblers are changing, hes still there, less visible but most important part of team.

i agree with red, zidane is the best player i have ever seen, and is yet to be matched, far from being matched.

I don't think that Zidane is the BEST player, but he's very good, the france'd win the world cup if he didn't get a red card... =/
