goulash is good!

crazy_iwan told me, that the goulash, wich made in hungary is much better like the others.

so you have to try it in hungary too. ;)

my mum used to go to hungary when she was younger.
all the meals that she's preparing at home now are taken mostly from the hungarian cuisine ;)

it's very similar to polish food, looks horrible but tastes a lot better ;)

do your mum cook the goulash it in this form?

this is the traditional hungarian form. ;)
2009-08-16 16:20:27
The best way to cook is on open wood fire, tastes very differently

the goulash is a soup, not a meat.

soup with potato, some vegetable, pepper and of course meat too. :)
2009-08-16 16:23:08

2009-08-16 16:25:20
hmm, in Romania goulash is actually beef with vegetable souce, but not a soup.

If it is a soup, then I like it. :)
2009-08-16 16:26:34
