Is it true that in south america bugs are the size of a fist and they crawl into your mouth during the sleep?

man, I´m dreaming about 27°C. try to go swimming when the water temperature is less than 10°C... you are a basterd;P

man what? how can a fist-size bug crawl into your mouth? I have a big mouth, but my fist doesn`t fit in there.. however, I´ve herd that there are bugs that are as big as a fist and who crawl up your ass during the sleep in south america. seriosuly.
