mushrooms

milk

bloom

butter

salt

pepper

lemon juice

little meatballs

you boil the chicken until they are cooked

and then cleaning up the meat into small pieces in a bowl

Add mushrooms and cooked meatballs


and then make your sauce (roux)

butter in the pan, let melt
immediately added the flour(bloom), bit by bit
and continue stirring.
and then the milk little by little and continue stirring back.
little lemon juice and salt and pepper
