There is something written on the stone. If you zoom in it really could be Hebrew. Maybe some guys from Israel could help, but I would also tend to Israel.
i tried to do everything in Photoshop to read the letters but its unreal to edit photo :(
Hebrew? It looks more like Latin to me, so I'm guessing somewhere in Italy. My second guess is Spain.
It's not in Israel for sure!
The words do seem to be in a Latin based language.
From the feel of the design (4 torches, laurel wreathes, etc.) and stones I would hazard a guess that it is in Central-Northern Europe; Germany, Danmark, perhaps Baltic republics...

I think it's in Germany. It surely isn't in the Netherlands (this style is very rare in the Netherlands) and clearly not in southern Europe (the picture is too green and doesn't look dry enough). It also doesn't look old enough for Italy. I've been to Norway and Sweden and this kind of architecture is not very common there. It might be Denmark, but in my opinion it doesn't look Danish enough.
It might also be from Belgium or northern France, but I've never been there so I'm not sure.
When I first saw it, it reminded me of Xanten in Germany, but then I realised Xanten had a much bigger entrance.
The wall seems to be in a very good shape, that's another reason why I believe it would be German. The structure might be build by Nazis or it is maintained very well or renovated (Germans are really good in both).
I'd say it's in Germany, but I don't have any idea where that could be.

Btw: is this a game or do you really want to know where it is?
Maybe Alexandria or Cairo or whatever. I have no idea.

I think Greece maybe.
