I think it's in Flanders...And it looks familiar, so a little guess...Kortrijk?
It's Flanders, yes. But not Kortrijk.
Breda is in the Netherlands... Brujas is already said ( Bruges ). Roeselare is wrong too, but a hint: it's in West-Flanders.
