thats gothic art, i dont know more places in the world than barcelona or paris having it :/

Man i belive on you but before you say no, i would have bet my legs this is an old center city of spain, because that church, the houses etc.. :O
Well it's definitely European. Doesn't look latin though so Spain and Italy are out. I would have said France/Netherlands/Belgium/Germany.
