With a felucca or a cruise boat? I've done it in a felucca and it's great. The nature if nice and on the way you can stop in Edfu, Esna, Kom Ombo etc. to check out the temples there.

I've just turned 23 btw. In March/April I can add Brazil and Argentina to my list. And perhaps also a few other South American countries. :)
