Could be. The architecture does look a bit like Morocco. In style it shares some similarities with eg. Bab Boujouloud in Fez. Alternatively it could be a theme park like Epcot. I don't think so though. In my opinion it's more likely to be a hotel entrance in the Middle East with the fountain and a gate.
