Subject: Places in the World - Where is it?

It's not in Northern Europe. Europe is true though. To avoid confusion I use the following definition as stated by the UN: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Northern_Europe

so probably central europe....maybe austria?

As there's no Central Europe in the UN definition, it'd be great if you could use one the western/northern/southern/eastern-definition? :)
