Yeah things you say makes sense.But i think kebab,yogurt etc. has owner cultures..Maybe it is mix culture but i believe that these foods are culture abundance of Nations..That's why i care about it.

If you really want to generalize Greeks try to use sth about your !!wildness!! at wars between 1918-1922.

everything what we eat has a long history and it is everything given from nature. in every corner of the world. and borders are not given from nature. something what is naturelly to put in borders could make only human stupidity...

Maybe that is so easy for you to say that but i know this thing.And after these wars Republic Of Turkey became.Also i know how did we won these wars.How we fight against England,France,İtaly(left early),Greece.When i talk about these wars,i am getting ethusiastic.When i talk about these staffs i feel like my blood flows faster and faster...Maybe greeks or you don't feel that way.But i read many books and watched some movies about it..When i talk about this war,many pics just flashes in my mind.Like old turkish woman carries bullets,our soldier is attacking with his bayonet cuz he doesn't have bullet anymore.Now i know you are not gonna understand me possibly you are gonna make jokes about me.But these are truths.That's why i do not think that is stupid,when i talk about this war and say how we won i feel like i am doing good thing like fighting with enemy...Maybe i am just too patriotic but i am like that.We all turkish people are like that.We all feel that way.

When i talk about these wars,i am getting ethusiastic.When i talk about these staffs i feel like my blood flows faster and faster...

when i read sentences like that i know one thing: humanity and human intelligence will yet produce many great things, many great medicines and instruments, but in the end everything is in vain, cause folly is invincible.

in the future again and again some new soldiers will eat their kebabs and go to fight for the truth. for one of many truths.

You are way to emotional about this. The whole of Europe, South and North America, Africa, Asia, in fact the whole world has fought eachother for many hunderds of years. If everyone starts about a war his grand grand grand grand grandfather maybe fought in, no one can't talk to the other in a normal way anymore.

Ι'm wondering how the hell we'e started from kebab's and we're now on greek-turkish wars???

The reality is that greek have influenced turks in their cuisine and the other way around....

A small mistake...

I try kebab turki(indonesian made). it feels just like another hamburger. maybe I must taste the real kebab...perhaps..

totaly agree with you :) but there are always kids, do that.
Just enjoy the food, not important who discovered it first.
btw. eggplant kebab is great :p

yesterday at 1:00 am I went for a late-night döner :P ....it was quite well! ^^ :)
