now some Polish cuisine! :p
pierogi - you can fill them with everything. cheese, white cheese, meat, cabbage etc :p even fruits. always delicious, especially when from a pan, not the boiled ones
bigos - looks bad, tastes delicious! really, you have to try it when you'll have an opportunity[maybe during euro 2012? ;)]
these two are most popular I guess, though our cuisine has much more to offer...:)
Though personally...I eat those only at family gatherings, when grandmas rule over the kitchen ;)
I'm quite lazy and prefer to make myself Italian food - especially no-meat spaghetti. 10 minutes and it's done :) also chicken in bitter-sweet sauce with rice, I simply love it.
btw. I've eaten in quite a few countries, and I must say that there were things I loved :) Croatia has amazing hm...don't know what it actually is :p it's named burek
delicious!
I also tried some cevapi, but it was not my taste really. oh, and octopus salad...I would've never tried it, looked so slimy etc. but the host at the place I was staying in Croatia almost made me try it...and I loved it!
I guess a lot of food tastes great, but looks bad..and vice-versa :p
