yesterday I ate a kobe beaf from tanzania I guess....it was awsome
This is the best meat and I advise to leave pork behind :D
is hard to leave pork,but the fish is very good
I like to much the fish,, cause I live in Guayaquil, coast city in Ecuador
hahaha, blood sausage, we call it morcilla, and cook it in asado. ;) Although I don't like it very much.

This is called "Smalahove" which is translated to Sheepshead. It pretty muck contains of a sheepshead, sauce cabbage and potatos. The eye is concidered a delicasse.

we call itl morcilla, didnt know in toher countries this is eaten, thats great! ;)
