I don´t think so, I remember in my city, a Nazi, every days listening march music, in his house, he had many Nazi elements; he escaped to Chile, Coquimbo, in 1945... he founded a Neo Nazi group.

It is ilegal in Argentina (thoughts can't be ilegal, but actions with racist content are punishable), and it is also an aggravating factor for other crimes (i.e., you get a worse sentence if you kill for racist motives than you do if yoou just kill, other things equal).
I'm not saying he is alive, most logical would be he is dead, just cause of the age, but certainly this thing about the skull brought me doubts, I was 1 of the ones that thought such theories weren't possible, that he have died in Berlin, but now with this new info, at least I think it's dubuios saying with such certainty that he died in Berlin, it's more like an act of faith than an undeniable truth.
I don't know what would americans gain by saying that the skull the russians have isn't Hitlers, there's no reason for them to lie, they have made a DNA test that shows it isn't Hitler's and the structure of the bones aren't from a male.

Well, many nazi criminals were caught in South-America and brought to justice by many different organisations. Some by the Interpol, some by European & American government agencies and some by Israel. One of the most famous ones was Adolf Eichmann, you should look it up!

Otto Adolf Eichmann(March 19, 1906 – May 31, 1962), sometimes referred to as "the architect of the Holocaust", was a Nazi and SS-Obersturmbannführer (equivalent to Lieutenant Colonel). i saw the movie, it was pretty interesting
In fact, Argentina's government refused to act against him, so Mossad kidnapped him and took him to Israel. Quite a diplomatic issue at the time :P

the movie was interesting because its bassed on the "interrogatorios" israeli police made to him, so it was able to go inside his psicology. He tried to hide his responsability saying he just followed orders, until a document was found, signed by him, about the concentration kamps matter

I've read that hitler escaped to antarctic. He went there for an expedition and build there a bunker. Just before he died a submarine was gone and couple of months later the submarine was found back. Around 1956 the us dropped 6 atomic bombs on antarctic (they said it was an experiment) but some cientics said it was because they tought hitler was there and wanted them dead. so he died there on antarctic :p

obviously, we have laws about discrimination "expresive", but it is nothing with Brasil.
my best friend, visited Rio de Janeiro, 3 years ago, the principal recomendation was "don´t say "black" to any person"
in Chile, any person can say (and it´s normal) "jew" "black" "arab" "indigenous"... here it´s normal say "Hi my black!"; even, we have songs as "Negro José" (Black José), and it´s funny :P (if this it´s not with racist intentions)

interesting, but I have a question; in match of football, I see the "Barra Bravas" of the rivals of Boca Juniors, insult to "La 12", with things as "bolivians" or "paraguayans" (clearly, a racist motive)...
what are the penalties about this? it´s vs the rival club or the "Barra Brava"?
