interesting, but I have a question; in match of football, I see the "Barra Bravas" of the rivals of Boca Juniors, insult to "La 12", with things as "bolivians" or "paraguayans" (clearly, a racist motive)...
what are the penalties about this? it´s vs the rival club or the "Barra Brava"?
Actually, it is not racist at all: it is xenophobic (Bolivia and Paraguay are countries, not races :P). In any case, laws are agaisnt discrimination, race being one motive (citizenship, religion and gender are other typical motives), so I wasn't accurate when I said it was against racism. It is against all (or most) forms of discrimination.
An interesting case is the one of a judge who is now suspended and being prosecuted for insulting some traffic employees and trying to abuse her position. One of the charges is for complaining that tehse employees "are all 'morochas'(*), don't they hire a single blonde?" :P
(*) 'morocho/a' is slang and can mean both "black/dark skin" and "brunette".

You are implying that, our great great great commander, Perón was linked with the nazis???. I can´t believe it, that must be wrong, our great general was a righteous paladin that fought against evil, concerned by the safety and prosperity of the nation.
