Awesome keeper in my opinion. But I haven´t played the game long so I might be wrong. My 26yo keeper has 7 goalkeeping, 4 pace and 6 passing.

In 3 years every single topteam will have double 20 keeper, if they do not change training speed. I have a 19 year old that will pop to his first 20 in 2 weeks (he is not keeper). I am sure there will be some GKs from youthschools that will outrun your keeper soon. I hope they will change training speed in time..
