Right, the trained players are the players who'll play in my league match so... what am I doing wrong? What should I do?

Players don't need to play to receive training.
But I want my players a little stronger for my first league match ;)

your trainer is too weak.
for a decent training you should buy a trainer with skills' value over 10.
for a good training over 15
and for maximum effect 18-19

if you don't have the money (yet) to buy a new coach (as the good ones are expensive), set your training at least to skills where your coach has a level of 7 or 8. Training a skill where your coach only has a 4 is a waste of training.
yeah, they ripped it from the one youre playing now and changed a couple of things ;)
I wouldn't say such things, unless you have proof. Such things can have legal consequences you know.
