well you just have to send the real names(DB) to the admin, it was always like that. whena new country gets its first users, the country starts getting real names

why is there so little trainers on the market :-(.

They are working on a recruitment system for trainers, but they want a balanced one with also a bit of random in it (as it should be). There's a discussion on the UM forum about it if you're interested
