just a tip for you my friend:

ABILOV is definitely NOT a defensive midfielder, it is an offensive midfielder (infact it pops constantly +0.2 in PACE, while in TACKLE you have +0.2 and +0.1, that's too low)

same for NIZAMI: it is an offensive midfielder, 'cause it has an impressive +0.3 progression in PACE

next time you got young players, study them more carefully, otherwise you will waste time, money and the possibility to have a really strong player in the future.

It's really not difficult to figure out the preferential position of the players, If you just maintain a certain start training the first few trainings

but I give them playmaking and pass traning. because my coach playmaking and pass skills are low. but his tackle skill is normal. and I think that they will grow up their playmaking and pass skills at the young school and after 4-5 weeks i will give them tackle traning. because of my coach

hehe, yesterday we've both bidden for the same coach. In the End I overpaid him a lot I guess, but he fits perfectly to my other coach, and I wanted a second one to be able to change training sometimes :)

:p boee, I need a trainer because I don't have one, I think for now I won't lose matches because the level of my opponents but I want the level of my players to increase

I too had a hard time getting a trainer, then recently managed to pick one up for 140k, with 11 in 4 stats, which is pretty good I guess.

The trainers that came with the team had two stats at 8, so while this is only a small increase, it's better than nothing. Good luck to all of you and they really need to revamp the bidding system.

I'd say build your stadium first and then look for trainer and trainees. Of course if you find a good one before, no problem, but to train the start squad won't bring any profit I guess.
