To what number should I build my stadium? It's 19k, going to be 21k in 4 days.

Is there any special way to build the stadium most efficiently? Currently I have:

1k - 1k - 2k - 1k - 1k
3k-------------------6k
1k - 1k - 2k - 1k - 1k

there is written how to upgrade the stadium depending in what division you are

The places behind the goal are the ones where your initial investment will be more efficiently used, so maybe it is advisable to build them first for new users.
But you already have a nice stadium so I am not sure if in that stage it is the best thing to build up those seats, because I suspect that bigger stadium still have a bit harder time with filling up their seats than smaller ones. So I don't really know what to tell u ;)

all there is in the handbook is that roof helps when it rains
I want to know if it's worth investing, i.e how often there is bad weather and how big inluence does the roof have :)

well, consider that if it rains the roof grants you a nearly 90-95% affluence in spite of the 70-80% without roof
