Rhetorical question: Why is International Forum so quiet?

The forum is quiet at all. Mainreason is its tedious to write there, takes too much clicks, we need an integrated forum like here.

Sure, I suggested that. But maybe from next season, or when admin decide to promote UM, we will have one.

No point indeed to promote the game without a change in trainingspeed, new economic system and an internal forum, if you ask me:)

As rink pointed allready out in the staff forum, its too fast, wayyyyyyy tooo fast. I have a nearly double 20 goalkeeper with 22y.

We allready see problems due to that and they will be worsened every day. Thats imo together with the economic system the most pressing issue for ultimate, since it will have longtermeffects.

I believe all you advice . that is why I have already changed 90% my young players traning :)

What kind of scouts are the most important ? national or international ? what is the different between them ?

I only know that international is more evpensive than national :))

but its indiferent for me, i prefer know a other people fron othes countries ;))

Chances of talent are higher with international coaches ( or at least, so it is said).

I've trained him in the skills that have +. Tackle was clear 2.0, in Pace Passing PM he has same talent - sometimes 2, sometimes 3. What should I train him in?

It is true in my experience, nevertheless I have 2 national scouts. I like to train players with own nationality. Also the school once it is full is easy enough to keep full with national coaches too and with talented players. It takes longer to find them but keeps the school from getting too full, which would kinda defeat the purpose of more expensive scouts.

I indeed have problems now with a youthschool that is too full. Just setting my standard of talent and age higher now ;)
